Came to do my hair for my 21st birthday party. Jess was so amazing and kept talking to me about the details of the night as well as other staff. Cataldo’s closed at 4pm but she stayed back til 4:30pm to finish my hair and never rushed the process to make it finish on time. The environment, customer service and vibe in the Cataldo’s Woden is so much better than the Cataldo’s in Civic. My experience at Cataldo’s Civic was very off putting and not as friendly as Cataldo’s Woden. If you’re going to go to Cataldo’s to get your hair done, go to the Woden branch if you want to get your money’s worth.
