Disappointed that after 3.5 hours I left the salon looking nothing like what I had intended asked for having been charged $360. It would be preferable if the stylist suggested she didn’t know how to achieve to look if asked for. The stylist was a lovely person and was obviously trying her best but to then be charged over $360 for very little difference in appearance to my arrival I was disappointed.
