Hi - I did have one issue .... the room was very cold...I never want a facial to end but I must say I did this one...as I was freezing...took me ages to warm up in my car after leaving the salon....I am not sure if others have pointed this out but it was very uncomfortable being so cold...not Zoe's fault...Zoe is very very good...would recommend her to anyone...regards, Debra
