Please let Jan know that, yes, I was black and blue and swollen, as she thought. The old scar tissue I had did create a problem, however I'm positive once everything is the right colour and not swollen, will be fantastic. Jan is the best!

Every time I have walked into your rooms, I have been greeted with a very warm smile and hello and a little chit chat. It is akin to walking into a friend's home. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable and I always walk away smiling. Thank you!

Vie, is the first cosmetic surgery establishment I have been too, but I'm glad I picked them. Every single one of the ladies I have met at vie, have been absolutely amazing. Danielle and Moira are the ladies I have seen most, and both of them have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable, relaxed, informed and better about myself. They have been been very accommodating, when I purchased the wrong product, they reimbursed me. When I failed to show up to an appointment, they were still very graceful and understanding, even though I knew I had let them down. Because of the professional, knowledgeable, skilled and incredibly friendly staff, I could never imagine going anywhere else.

I am always impressed at how friendly the reception staff are while still being professional. I am one of Jan's clients and I have always been given great advice. Jan is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Always a great experience dealing with Danielle and Jan. Both are absolutely lovely and very professional. The only negative comment I will leave this time around is that my two appointments were scheduled back to back 1-2 months ago. I then received two separate phone calls and my appointments were rescheduled twice and now on separate days. A little frustrating. Maybe the front of house staff could have selected another client to move instead of me, twice.
