I have loved the work I have had done with Vie Institute in the past. However, unfortunately I just did not get my questions answered when I was in there this week. I did get some advice that was good. Thanks Vie Institute anyway. Isabel.

As one of my scars became infected it meant I sought the assistance of Mark and the nurses to clear the problem over a few attempts to fix the problem (and while I was on antiobiotics). The scar is healing slowly however I would have liked to be given advice (which I got today while I was having a face consultation) that there was a silocone gel available that would take away the redness and improve the scar. I would have started it after my last consultation had I been given that advice earlier. I also had a bad experience with the anaesthetic at the day hospital and talked it through with the anaesthetist. However, I would like to know if Vie Institute also has it on record that I had a serious problem with recovery. I believe it needs to be recorded both with Vie and with the private hospital if it hasn't already. I guess I just want to make sure that it has been kept on both records for future reference. Overall I appreciated Mark and the staff's professionalism and their caring approach. I would definitely come back for further treatment if required as I do trust Mark and his team.

I always feel comfortable with the staff as they are knowledgeable & honest. The only drawback is that it's often hard to finding adequate parking close to the premises at certain times of the day

Second time I have been back and it was no questions that I would choose Vie after the initial time I went and the quality of the service and the procedure. This experience no different and I am happy with the results to date. I would say though that the general coordination/administration of the procedure and follow ups was not as good as last time. I had the surgery calling me 48 hours prior to my appointment requesting the pre-op forms and as they were not provided in the pack sent to me their office had to send them through. I also had a appointment booked in the week after my return visit which when I went in nobody was quite sure of why it was booked and for what so there was confusion around this. A simple matter resolved but found the administration side of things not as sharp as previous experiences.
