First time to the clinic for myself. Jan was simply wonderful. Genuine and caring, her core focus was on me getting the best treatment and advice. I'll definitely be back. Unfortunately the receptionist was a little rude, if just a bad day thats fine but if there is any consistancy to the feedback then worth noting.

Dr. McGovern was delightful - very professional & extremely knowledgeable. I was very impressed how he took the time to come into the Recovery Room at Buderim Hospital & inform me of what procedure he had performed. The Staff are very professional & informed + it was SO refreshing to be greeted by the lovely Receptionist with a warm welcome. Thank you. 🙏

I have been made to feel welcome from when I enter into the institute through to Michelle with whom I have dealt with from the beginning
