I recently booked a massage and facial combo at Bady Bliss and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. Firstly, I noticed a discrepancy in pricing. The price list indicated that the service would cost $200, but I was charged $210. This lack of consistency was disappointing and left me feeling confused about the pricing structure. Additionally, I arrived on time for my 9:15 AM appointment, but the front door was locked. I had to call the owner to gain entry around 9:20 AM, which was frustrating. I was informed that the staff member assigned to my service was running late because he had slept through his alarm. This delay added to my overall dissatisfaction. When the massage finally began, I was disappointed with the quality. Despite completing a preference form indicating that I wanted firm pressure, the massage felt very light and lacked the intensity I was hoping for. To make matters worse, the staff member who arrived late had a noticeable smell of alcohol on his breath, which was quite unpleasant and made me uncomfortable during the session. Overall, my experience at Body Bliss fell short of my expectations, and I hope that these issues can be addressed for future clients.
