The stairclimber was a surprise at entrance, but great view. The rooms and atmosphere as really lovely and calming, feeling instantly relaxed. My beautician Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable about the procedure he was performing making it extremely comfortable throughout. At checkout I was given a discount voucher as well as a friend $20 voucher and some aftercare product to use as follow up. Unfortunately on payment I was expected to pay an extra $50 for this tiny bit of cream which was never mentioned when booking :( and the whole situation was uncomfortable somewhat souring the whole experience. I felt it was a hidden cost I should have been made aware of prior to booking. I would love to return again, but now not sure I will…..sad.
