Staff was rude and unpleasant. The actual treatment (Brazilian wax) - worst I've ever had, absolutely zero care factor I left saw and red, no after care and barely a single word was spoken to me. Overall the worst experience I've had. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

The staff are always friendly and welcoming, they make sure you're happy with the colour and always offer advice to sustain the best tan possible! Love this place :)

Service is always great but I think there should be a deal or discount for regular customers.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We do in fact have a loyalty system which is cardless (saving a few trees) that accrues every visit. Every $15 you spend with us equates to 1 point ($1) and once you get to 10 points you are able to use them on any service we offer. We can't tell you how many points you have as you have left anonymous feedback, however we'd be more than happy to let you know your total on your next visit (we always let our clients know once they get over 10 points).
