I have been a customer for a while and have never had a problem. However I am very unhappy about my eyebrow wax from yesterday. The therapist didn't offer me a mirror to check them before she finished as normally happens and I didn't think about it until I looked at my eyebrows later that afternoon at home. They have not been shaped at all, with many half grown hairs remaining which obviously don't belong, I'm going to have to pay to have them done again. All that was done was the stray hairs around the eyebrows removed. If I had been shown them while I was there I would have asked for them to be fixed but I didn't realise that the therapist would require that much direction.
