Beauty therapist was not very comforting considering it was my first time getting the service. I felt slightly judged and uncomfortable as she didn’t talk much or reassure me when I was receiving the service. I would have preferred a safer environment to be in where I felt comfortable and valued.

I really liked my experience here! Cheaper than a full-on spa for the services which is great, and better quality and service than the super cheap places. I don’t remember the name of the girl who served me (sorry!) but she was willing to do my brow tint in stages to get the colour to where I wanted it which was generous. She was so sweet during the bikini wax as it was my first one, and was lovely to chat to. My only thing is that the top of my wax was a little uneven and there was a decent amount of wax left on my skin but I know this happens easily. Will definitely be back!

What a fabulous experience. It has been years since I had spray tan and the care and support I received was excellent. No judgement just expertly done. I will be back and recommend the team to all.

Great experience with first time spray tan : the color is lovely, not too dark and I followed your advice. Only negative remark is the waiting area couches are very grubby and not nice to look at or sit on ; they definitely need a steam clean
