Delighted with the level of professional advice provided to ensure smooth transition to the new range of colour products. Change can be difficult to manage, but if presented as a considered decision, with clients best interests in mind, matched with a degree of care to ensure that best results are obtained, then there's little scope for complaint. Perhaps, some prior indication of change to customers, that additional time may be required for consultation where there's a change of this type, might be useful (acknowledging that information in advance may be threatening/cause for change, for some clients!).
