This was my first visit to Ella Bachè Wollongong. My experience was wonderful from the very minute I entered I was greeted with friendliness & courtesy & I immediately felt at ease. My beauty therapist was Molly & she also was friendly, respectful & professional explaining what to expect & gave me the most amazing back massage & facial. I felt confident with the choice of products they used for my skin. I didn’t want to leave. Thank you

Laura was amazing! Best facial i've had, and i've had a few in my time. Very relaxing and professional. I think I fell asleep. Will be back for more.
