I couldn't get my service online so I called and waited for a long time to be spoken to then I was told the service I wanted I had to wait for 2weeks so I settled on the lower one.when I had my service I was told I couldn't have it as the lady wasn't there until the following week.for $75 I didn't even get cream or oil and sat on an uncomfortable bench...I have $25 left on my gift card and can't even give it away...I won't be going back

I spent the first 20mins of my appointment time trying to find the deposit / voucher that had been purchased on their computer system. When it was realised that they had taken the deposit due to me not turning up to an appointment that they had forgotten to cancel, when I changed the appointment time in store. The lady “helping” me then told me that I had lost that $100 deposit. During the 20mins I frantically searched through emails, texted my family who had purchased the treatment for my birthday. I asked to speak to the manager, who eventually told me that they would honour the deposit amount, but tried to explain away the “miscommunication”, taking the excuses offered by the First lady as gospel. It was now 30mins into my appointment. Another five minutes of waiting then I was taken into the treatment room. The therapist didn’t introduce herself, didn’t ask how I was and didn’t explain what the treatment was going to happen, what order etc. By this stage I was pretty tense and not at all relaxed and ready for my treatment. After 2hrs and 15mins, 15mins short of the 2.5hr treatment time it was finished. What a waste if $289. What a let down for something that I was so looking forward to and had to make many plans to get too. The customer service was non existent. The lady who served me had actually been the one several weeks before that had changed my appointment when I went into the salon, clearly not taking ownership of her mistake. I wont be back, I will try a local therapist instead where I feel welcomed and valued. A disgrace.

Very disappointed with your Pedicure procedure and location within the shop. Sitting in partially partitioned section of Reception area, on a narrow bench leaning against the partition wall. Quite uncomfortable. No foot spa or leg massage. Minimal foot massage. No warm towels. No base coat on nails. Limited choice of colours....and $55. I booked Ella Bache for a more luxurious and pampered experience than the shopping centre Nail care salons but did not receive anywhere close to the specalised treatment provided at these centres. The massage chairs, foot spas, lengthy leg massages and wide choice of colours and treatments plus much more reasonable prices all add up to a far superior and more enjoyable service. I'll not be returning to Ella Bache.

I paid for a package and was very excited. The treatment started with the back massage which was only just ok (I asked for a firm massage on the intake form, however received a gentle slow massage) so I was already feeling a little let down so was hoping the next treatments would be better. Next was the body scrub, What body scrub? It was the biggest let down. There was barely a scrub, it was far from thorough and my skin definitely did not feel exfoliated afterwards. So after a long time of feeling disappointed, we got to the facial. The facial was lovely. If I had known that the other services would be like that I would have just had the facial. But I wanted a package and I was looking for a salon for ongoing treatments. I paid for a 2.5 hour package and left within 2 hours. I was so hopeful for a great experience however left feeling quite let down. I was hoping to find a salon where I could have ongoing treatments however I will not be returning to this one.

I was a bit disappointed with the colour of my brows. They have come out black. I have been to the salon many times and do ask for dark brown however this time they are definitely black not brown.
