Very good massage and treatment. Very poor "snack", nothing what I ordered, and for the price paid for a full day spa, I would think the customer would deserve better.

I have been massaged here before and it was amazing but my last experience was lacking... Everything was great until the girl who massaged me had extremely shakey hands and it was very off putting and I couldn't relax during my $200+ experience! The girl was lovely and did everything else right but I wouldn't want to be massaged by her again and this would put me off going back again...

Booked for an eyebrow wax & tint, was asked what colour I wanted and warned staff member that my hair tinted very quickly, she then left it on for ages (while I sat there praying she knew what she was doing) and I ended up with black eyebrows which I had specifically asked not to happen. She then used tint remover and while I was ok with the final result, not happy she didn't listen in the first place. She also completely missed the wax but by that stage I wasn't going to complain anymore I just wanted to get out of there.

The massage was below average. I did not enjoy it at all. I used to come here and enjoyed it before.
