Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Definitely not worth the money. I would have had better service at a pet grooming service.

I am sorry to say that I had the worst experience today at your salon. I in no way want to get your staff in trouble and I know the girl was upset afterwards. I have been to coco's many times and have also had the same appointments elsewhere and have never experienced this before. I was booked in for a double wax. The girl seemed inexperienced and unsure. I should have stopped the appointment earlier but I didn't realise initially what was happening. A lot of hair was being removed far more than a normal double and then a very large clump of wax got stuck in the most sensitive area. After trying a few times to remove it another staff member was called in to try and remove. Scissors were required. It was painful and, humiliating. Once the stuck wax was finally removed I left as soon as possible without any further work done. . My bikini area looks terrible with 3 quarters of the hair removed and a weird side but still there. Even without the stuck wax I would have been extremely unhappy with the results. It so clearly was not being correctly done. I will now need to wait for the hair that is supposed to be there to grow back before I go to another salon for the correct treatment. I have had double waxes for years, I know what it is supposed to look like and how it should be done. I have previously loved this salon having had waxing and massages there for years and never minded that it was s bit more expensive because the staff knew what they were doing and I trusted the service. I will not be back.

I feel quite unhappy with the hair colour that I received, due to the price that I paid. I do not feel as though it is what I asked for or any different from before I came in. I won't be returning to Coco's.

The massage was below average. I did not enjoy it at all. I used to come here and enjoyed it before.

Booked for an eyebrow wax & tint, was asked what colour I wanted and warned staff member that my hair tinted very quickly, she then left it on for ages (while I sat there praying she knew what she was doing) and I ended up with black eyebrows which I had specifically asked not to happen. She then used tint remover and while I was ok with the final result, not happy she didn't listen in the first place. She also completely missed the wax but by that stage I wasn't going to complain anymore I just wanted to get out of there.

Was a decent service, however a little disappointed because previous visit was extraordinary.
