Please do away with an answering machine for appointments. When I have time to ring for an appointment I like to be answered then and there as often it is inconvenient to take calls later, especially as we have such poor coverage with mobile phones in our area. I do like the reply yes for appointment reminders but again please do it at least 2 days before so I know I will get the reminder here. Otherwise the service is good and friendly while being professional.

Excellent ambiance, excellent rapore, first class massage. I have never been disappointed with my massages at Coco's and today was no exception.

Cocos is a place where you feel very important and special as a client. Seevice and advice exceptional, even when staff are run off their feet due tothe festive season. Would highly recommend Jess and the whole team.
