I received an eyebrow wax and was treated with friendly service, however, left with possibly the worst eye brow waxing I have ever had. What I thought was going to be only a 15 minute touch up turned into an hour long process which left me with over waxed and thin brows. My naturally long and full brows were ruined and with my formal two days away I begun physically crying when the lady showed me in the mirror what she had done. The girl who did my brows would not even take responsibility for my horrible look and instead insisted it was because of my eye brow growth itself to blame. She would also leave wax on my skin for long periods of time which resulted in a nasty and irritating rash on my forehead. I struggle with body dysmorphia and do not know if I feel comfortable with my own appearance to attend my school formal anymore because of this service.
