I find the team at Alicia's professional and very skilled at what they do. Friends and strangers often comment on how great my eyebrows and lashes look. Please note: the 8/10 for environment is due only to current refurbishment underway. Otherwise, this would have scored a 10 as t the salon is ALWAYS clean, fresh and comfy.
