First time visiting this salon to have a brow lamination, hybrid dye & lash tint. While the salon was clean and neat and the girl that did my treatment was really lovely and friendly, I am extremely disappointed with the result. I asked for full brows, and they have turned our more slick and thin. Upon further inspection once I got home one brow/hairs, left side, have been cut/hacked above the brow, while the other one, right, was not, they are two completely different brows/style. Also I dont believe hybrid tint was used, as there is no stain on the skin at all, however I paid for hybrid tint. The brows are acceptable when some time and brow gel is used and brushed into place, however I cannot understand why one brow has been cut above the brow line and the other one has not. I have had brow laminations previously at other salons and I have to say this one is no where near as good as the other ones I have had. I will now need to spend a considerable amount of time growing out my brows due to this being done, I really think this is not good enough and some more training in the importance of completing this service to a more acceptable and professional level, seeings it is a key feature of the face. Im really not one to complain, being in the service industry myself, however wanted to give my feedback so this could be addressed prior to any other mistakes being made to other customers.
