The spray tan wasn’t even Legs were darker than upper body Darker patches on sides of feet and dark patches on wrists Bit disappointed overall - might try another salon next time

Sometimes the quality of service has varied ie a couple of times I have had to get waxing redone. A peel I had done resulted in facial burning but to be fair salon staff did address this when I went back to the salon.

Hi Guys Overall the experience was good. My only complaint was on arrival I was told I had the wrong time saying I was half an hour early for my appointment and could I come back. In actual fact I was on time for my appointment my card said 11am. The text you sent me the day before said 11am. but the receptionist told me it was in the book as 11.30am. which I couldn't understand as it was the same receptionist who booked me in the week earlier. I really did not have time to go home and come back in half an hour, I would have been happy to sit in your salon and be offered a cup of coffee and look at a magazine if it was that the girls were running late. I had to go sit in my car for half an hour. I did explain to the girl on my return that I felt she could have offered me tea or coffee and just said they were running late not that I had got my time mixed up. She did apologize and I realize that they were just a bit busy.

I had shellac done and I definitely needed one more coat, can still see the white tip of my nail underneath the coloured coat.
