Usually a much better experience at this salon however therapist did not seem adequately trained and massage was just annoying - way too much time trying to get to shoulder blades and not enough on face. Also asked to sit up at end of massage so oil could be cleaned from back - after a massage much nicer to be able to relax & worry about cleaning at end of session. Lights too bright, not enough attention to facial which is why I was there. Also when finished, left headband & cap on my head. All the little things that are usually done at this salon did not happen 😔 also , on another matter, salon gowns & robes looking very grey and worn - time to update! Hope this is taken in the spirit it's given as I will give the salon another go as its usually very good.

Came in yesterday to get my eyebrows done and receptionist was very abrupt. However, blonde girl who did my eyebrows was very accommodating:

I was very disappointed with my leg wax this morning. I came home to remove some hairs that I was told were under the surface and couldn't be removed only to find several other patches of hair that had been missed. Wax residue was also left behind and I have a bruise on my knee from pulling the wax strip off. I've had the therapist once before and it was fine so I'm not sure what happened today. It is very frustrating.

I would not recommend this salon & certainly not Breana who has a bad attitude when it comes to providing polite & courteous customer service.

The salon is a lovely place to come to, smells beautiful and is very relaxing! Just helping with some of the products available wasn't great. The two girls were lovely though, it was early so I do understand! I will return :)
