Sophia and her team (Grace on this occasion) provide an amazing experience for their clients, from the time you walk in the door until the time you walk out the door it is faultless. The salon is calm and welcoming and the sensory experience is a highlight. On this occasion, Sophia turned around a bad hair colour day (thanks to a home box job) into a sophisticated shorter restyle cut that exceeded my expectations. I felt amazing when I left and the compliments started as soon as I got home - not much else I can say to recommend - Sophia is a miracle worker!
