I take my Client, weekly to have his hair shampooed/blow dried. Every 6 weeks he has his hair cut. Rachel goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. She is a delightful, happy and effervescent person and always greets us both with a big smile. Rachel is an asset to The Style Guide Hair & Beauty.

The advice and service received was spot on to reflect what I had explained I would like to achieve. Adam was very good at encouraging me to push the boundaries a little with my hair but not to the extent that I felt pressured or out of my comfort zone. The result was lovely and the advice for maintenance very helpful (I am not very good with my hair). Adam is very calm but friendly, with the salon having a peaceful but modern feel about it. I loved that there was not loud music, shouting and ten hair dryers all going at once.

All staff were running late during my visit. I felt that I didn't get my usual attention to styling following the haircut, and just got a blowdry. But the haircut was good.

Very disappointed as a first time customer of this salon. Terrible hair cut and awful styling following the cut. It cost me over $140 and for some reason it was all done without even washing my hair upon arrival. Very odd. It felt like I was getting my hair done by a trainee rather than a professional with decades of experience. Would not recommend this salon.
