Only problem was payment by credit/debit cards did not work. Fortunately my friend who was collecting me had some cash which added to my cash was enough to pay my account.

Initially did a walk in to check availability, Melinda was very polite and took the time to make sure I could get an appointment. She also followed up with me so that I knew when the appointment would be.
