I have been going to Ella Bache for a short time to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. Courtney is my usual go to and she is fantastic. She was not in yesterday and I received my service from another lady. She was very friendly and made me feel welcome but unfortunately the quality of the spray tan I received is very very average. My hands are not even at all, the colour of my tan is very orange and just overall is not salon quality. My eyebrows are good, nice shape but the tint today is most definitely not to the quality I usually receive and the service itself was more painful than usual. After discussing with my friend she has suggested perhaps the wax was too hot, which it was quite hot when she was applying. Unfortunately I don’t know if I will be back, most definitely not be back for a tan as I can apply a tan at home to a much better quality.

The lady who does my facials (can't remember her name, but has blonde hair and blue eyes) is so welcoming, warm, and very professional. She has lots of great skincare advice and genuinely cares about her clients having the best possible experience, very happy with my experience and highly recommend

My therapist is fantastic but I don’t really get to relax as she constantly tries to engage me in conversation to sell me something and it takes away from the experience. I feel there needs to be a balance, perhaps a bit in the beginning around what she notes From my last appointment to now on my skin and when it is finished any new products she could recommend instead of the constant onslaught of your skin is like it needs a lot of new products and it goes on and on and I feel a bit like I’ve been taken for a ride as I’ve got a subscription now and every time I go there I feel forced to buy something or else I will disappoint my therapist who as a therapist is actually amazing so it’s a shame.
