I was greatly impressed the salon phoned me after I made an online booking so they could get an idea on what I what was wanting. Then later in the morning and phoned me again as an earlier booking had opened up. So I was offered a change if I wanted. Emma my stylist was incredibly thorough asking all the right questions so I felt like I was heard and seen. The end result was brilliant.
