I was walking by and saw the salon was open on a day when most others were not, thought I'd chance an appointment (not expecting one) and I was shown straight in. The stylist Gosia was very friendly and welcoming and did an excellent job!

I've never been disappointed with the standard of service at Plaus. All of the staff there are lovely and always give me the perfect haircut. I used to be a bit nervous about going to some hairdressers in the same way that some people are nervous about going to the dentist. But Kasia knows exactly what to do and I don't even have to tell her. She makes me feel like I'm like George Clooney when I leave the salon.

I have been a client at Plaus for the last 8 years. I have always been extremely happy with the high standard of service I've received at this salon. Kasia is my hairstylist and I never have to tell her how I want my hair styled, as she knows exactly how I like it and what best suits me. I am always greeted with a warm smile by all the staff and they really go above and beyond making me a coffee with biscuits. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I get and strongly recommend Plaus to anyone who is looking for a great haircut and style. Thankyou so much.
