Today I received a back massage which was amazing! My facial was not. I've never had a facial where the therapist massages product into my eyes (eyelids), lips and nose. It was uncomfortable and not needed. The use of warm towels on my face was lovely, but was always covering my nose, this was also uncomfortable. I'm not sure if the therapist was new or this was there style, but it wasn't for me. I was offered water prior to my service but not post the service (which would be been nice) due to the length of the service and money I paid for the service. Overall I would not book in for a facial again. However the massage was lovely and I would book in again for this.
