I rung and left a message on 2nd January.To book a 9.45am appointment(l had trouble booking online) The website said you were open. I got a call 10am on the 3rd. When l said l thought you were open on the 2nd. The staff member said well it was all over our socials and a sigh was on the door.. No apology. She offered me a 12.45pm appointment. When l arrived at that time she said you are early for your 1pm. I said no it was for 12.45pm. Rather than her be honest and tell me she had made a mistake. She quickly said.
