This is not your fault but the reason I only gave 8/10 for overall environment was because I was very tired today and the woman sitting right next to me was talking really loudly on her mobile phone for half an hour and it was very irritating. Five more minutes and I would have asked to move. I also noticed that she had wine and corn chips. I was only offered tea or coffee. I wouldn't have actually wanted wine but it would have been nice to have been offered. I thought perhaps she was a VIP!
