Two ladies who were doing my hair were chatting and having personal conversations together in front of me. Made me feel out of place and wasn’t enjoyable listening to them gossip while I was getting my hair cut. The lady who washed my hair didn’t inform me about the treatment she put in my hair so I had no idea it would cost me $55 on top of my hair cut. Very nicely the lady who did cut my hair didn’t charge me extra for the treatment so that was amazing service and I really appreciated it. Would have to think long and hard about coming back as there was lots of confusion surrounding payment and how much the cut was considering it was a very quick cut just getting rid of split ends with minimal layers and no styling at the end. Would’ve expected some more styling and layering etc for $135. Lady who cut my hair had no interest in me or getting to know me, was a bit awkward while my hair was being cut and then the other lady started gossiping with her so made it awkward for me.
