I miss the hand massages that used to occur whilst I was waiting for the dye to take. I love the way I am treated as a guest not a client. Whenever I have my hair done I receive so many compliments, great colour and cut Chelsea An indulgent hair wash and massage, just what I needed

We are from Sydney for a wedding. Staff accommodated all of our ‘tricky’ requests, working to assist and support us with all of the finer details, despite communicating long distance.

Marnie was fantastic with her service today. I absolutely loved my botanic hair treatment and I was thrilled to hav purchased some great products from Djurra. Marnie was very thoughtful and found out all the right info for me before purchasing. I loved my tea as well!!! I'll be back, thanks 👌✅

It was difficult to find an oasis of calm. I had been saving this birthday gift for a special treat and finally booked - just seems I chose the wrong day. The salon was it’s usual busy Saturday but there was a 5y/o being entertained loudly nearby - it felt like I was in a kindergarten. Between a shrieking 5y/o, the constant hairdryers, the business of the basins, and my poor lady being interrupted several times by other stylists asking if she could do a wash / etc next, it was really difficult to relax. The treatment itself was lovely (magic hands!) but I left more tense than I arrived, and with a headache to boot. Please consider moving hair treatments more than 30mins to the spa section during busy days, especially if there are young children around.

In the past we have looked at doing the hair treatments in the spa area but it did not work as we need a basin to shampoo and rinse. Thank you once again for your feedback.
