I love coming to have my hair done here, it is the most relaxing time. The rituals and atmosphere transport you to a place of relaxations fm freedom. I never feel rushed or in the way when I am at the salon. The staff are knowledgable and really listen when it comes to styling. I love coming here and have 100% trust in the whole team. The herbal is in amazing also.

Wonderful to see they have a complimentary hand massage again, so relaxing and certainly give a feeling of being spoilt, much needed for mum's who give out so much and are last on their own list to give to.

Would be a perfect 10 but the shampoo girl, whose name I didn't catch but is lovely, SCRATCHES when she massages my head and at the basin. I had actual scratches behind my ear and on my neck and it was really uncomfortable.. She didn't appear to have long nails but her technique was painful. Sorry to be a whiner but it kind of wrecked the experience.

This "please rate us" came from mylocalsalon who I booked it through. Unfortunately when I came in the booking wasn't on your system. I was lucky you had a empty spot.

Great experience as always! Fantastic staff, lovely owner, great customer loyalty. The service is always of an extremely high standard and the team are so creative.
