I had the most wonderful experience having my hair coloured. Darcy is an incredible colourist - the best I have ever had - and he is so lovely. He makes it such a beautiful experience and I totally trust him with his choice of colour for my hair. I also had a very special and lovely experience with Ramon who supported Darcy with colouring my hair and who provided the most nurturing head massage after washing out my colour. Also the stress relief massage and hand massage that were both a complimentary part of my hair appointment, were lovely - thank you to you all and especially to Darcy as always! and to Ramon.

i was fortunate to get a last minute appointment with someone new at Djurra today, and had a terrific experience. i arrived exhausted, stressed, with wild unmanageable hair that was in very poor condition from foils. i had wanted to have it cut to the regrowth line. I was introduced to Zima (?Zena?) who was absolutely terrific! very informative, and explained how and why she would do what she intended to do with the cut, the length, the shape. she also listened to my hints about how difficult it is to contron my thin flyaway slightly naturally curly hair with damaged ends, and took the advice, and in the end, i had a terrific haircut, and i'm very pleased!

The wonderful staff here get the full meaning of customer service. The connect from the moment you walk in, till your departure, with a fabulous cut/treatment, is of the highest quality. The staff are respectful, attentive and very personable. The owner/manager is exceptional not only in her standards and expertise but in her quiet discreet attention to the smooth running of the salon whilst providing brilliant cutting and styling herself. I don't have speak to the standard of the styling: I am often stopped by complete strangers asking me where I have my hair cut. The products, ethics and respect to our environment is an outstanding feature of Djurra. I applaud their philosophy and sensitivity to the to maintaining a sustainable planet and positive actions with regard to our human impact. In terms of their creativity, style and expertise, the Djurra team is out in front, competing nationally with gold stars and they are continually educating themselves concerning the ethical use of their treatments and application of their products. By the way, the glorious range of products available in the salon are of high quality, featuring incredible Ayurvedic ingredients that are as efficacious and as divine in their aroma. You walk in feeling tired and drained and looking 100 years old. You walk out with a new energy, radiant skin and your actual age! All the staff are so friendly. I look forward to booking in for another appointment soon x
