The chairs offer no support and if you must sit for 3 hours it can be very painful. The lighting doesn't do the older clientele any favours either - maybe softer the light coming in with some roller sheers. Just sayin'

Thank you Kathleen for reviewing us. I am sorry you didn't find the chairs comfortable and unfortunately lighting needs to be a little brighter than we like :) We need cool and warm lighting for colour work that we do on our guests :)

A very welcoming environment with lovely and professional staff. It feels like home very time I walk into the salon. Love how much the staff know about hair, and seem genuinely interested in you as a person. Would recommend to anyone.

it is my preference to be looked after by one person whilst at the salon. I spoke to my stylist, then had relaxation with someone else, then back to the stylist. (I almost had to remind everyone that my colour was done!!!- this is my pet hate!). i was then passed to an apprentice to wash my hair and dry it through. the quality of the service was good at each stage but it is less relaxing when a new person pops up every 10 minutes.

The first treatment I had was amazing. This treatment was good, but a little prescriptive and structured.

It would be great if the beauty rooms where better lit when waxing is happening, that way it can be assured that all hair is removed.

Great professional service and stylist was super helpful. Cut was a lot shorter than expected but it will grow back in time .....
