Ashley is superb in offering professional advice & delivering service, exceeding my expectations. I'm usually hesitate about getting my hair trimmed (vs cut) - no need for concern as Ashley listens so, if you only want a trim, then that's what you'll get. That said, if she recommends a little more to come off, then I'd listen to her because she absolutely knows what's best. Salon itself uses beautiful products and has a very pleasant atmosphere, though the music can be a bit too loud at times which can potentially distract from the overall experience/relaxation. A highly recommended salon!
