The team at Djurra are professional, friendly and really look after your best interests. Nothing is too much trouble. I also love the complimentary mini massage with every cut...I certainly feel pampered and it's a great way to end a busy day.

Charlie was a delight and I felt awful to complain (therefore didn't) but on leaving the store after my manicure the simple act of putting on my sunglasses made a mess of the nail polish. I returned and was so impressed by Ben and the team at the counter who took one look and offered to have the nails fixed - unfortunately due to another appointment I couldn't do that, and to be quiet honest I felt embarrassed to have Charlie work on my nails again. At this point, I said that I thought that all my nails possibly needed redoing as several were 'patchy' and I asked Ben what he thought, or if I was just being silly. He was so kind, saying that he agreed and offered me a full refund with any hesitation. I love Djurra but this experience was really disappointing Please note that I have given Djurra 3/10 for likelihood of referring a friend or family member- this bothers me as my past haircuts have been excellent and massages great. I love he space, staff and the tea!!! I would recommned Djura for many things but NOT a manicure.

I love DJURRA. I live in Sydney and visit family members in Perth regularly. I deliberately time my visits to coincide with my hair appointments. When I leave DJURRA i walk out confident that I look better and I always feel like I have been pampered during my time there. At my recent visit I spoke to Chloe about changing the length and style of my hair. She considered my suggestions, added some professional guidance and I now have a brand new look which I love!
