Comment
The last 2 visits I haven't received the special treatment of 3 breaths of fragrance or short shoulder massage, salon staff seem too busy, but these are the 'extra' services that I feel I am paying for. I feel that extra special service was given near the time of opening but obviously as the salon has settled into what seems a comfort zone, those services have dropped which I've obviously found dissappointing.
