Elixir Skin Fitness is all about prevention against accelerated aging, managing inflammatory skin conditions and a healthy ageing approach to skin and body health. Gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves as a whole person and the connection between our inner health, lifestyle and mindset to our skin health and healthy ageing.

Rose has been working on my skin for about a year now and what I love about her approach is that she isn’t only focused on what your skin looks like on the outside but she really stresses the importance of health, well-being and gut health. She is very friendly and professional and after every treatment I feel a million bucks. The improvement I have seen in my skin has been slow but steady and she always ensures that she tailored each appointment to what your skin needs. Anyone that is lucky enough to be a client of hers, is in good hands. Highly recommend!!
