As most of us are already aware of the importance of consistency with exercise – including cardio and resistance training, combined with the correct diet and nutrition to create physical and chemical change in our body shape and strength. Elixir Skin Fitness applies the same principles to skin – it is no different!!

I always receive a warm welcome on arrival and the ambience is great with some wonderful music playing. From my first visit Rose knew exactly how she could help me with my skin problems, and she devised a skincare routine for me using some of the products she recommended. I have had only one particular treatment so far but it has left the large pores on my nose very noticeably smaller. Rose comes across as very knowledgeable in her field of work and I have complete faith in her and would recommend her to anyone.

It is always a beautiful and fulfilling experience having a treatment with the much talented and exceptional therapist Rose. I will continue to recommend the up to date and modern treatments she offers for her clients. I admire the way that she offers specialised and individual advice and treatments to reflect individual needs.
