I don't like being kept waiting for 30 minutes which has happened my past two visits and I think that all hairdressers should learn that a lot of people don't like to have their temple area massaged. otherwise excellent service thanks

I was happy with the service, but not happy that the pricing was not made clear to be before hand. I expect it to be poined out if something is going to cost more than the written price - luckily I chose asked to have my hair dried(due to my lack of time) and later discoverd that would have cost more again, but it was about to be done automatically.

had another good experience today had a normal no frills haircut with chloe who did what i wanted except for washing the hairs away but most of it was gone so it didnt really matter honestly cant imagine going anywhere else while things are the way they are now

Love the salon and staff. Would have liked to know that prices have gone up. As a pensioner I can only afford 4-5 haircuts a year instead is 10+ and now I have to reconsider even having the pleasure of that. I would be pleased to recommend it to anyone who could afford it.,and have already done so.

Please look at hair washing chairs. Neck rest is very painful and no matter what trouble staff go to it dosent make it better by much. Always end up with a bruised sore neck for days.
