A lot more costly than anticipated. Clean on first looks but dust and dirt very evident behind mirrors etc. Staff wonderful.

Never forget how important it is to smile in the first 10 seconds of seeing/greeting your client....and never forget to introduce yourself on the first greeting if you have never tended them before. I understand we all have bad days....but we must appear friendly to our clients. Loved my haircut and the coffee was delicious!

I had an earlier appointment and was not happy with the way the. Olour had been done. I contacted the salon with my concerns and photos and they rebooked me in to redo my hair. I was very happy with the response and service despite the quality of the original service.

I really like the salon however I find it quite alot more expensive compared to other salons and for that reason my visits won't be as frequent as I'd like. However the cuts and colour were great I just find it a little on the exy side compared to other popular salons like yours.

I am a fairly new customer to your business. The first time I had a cut and was more than pleased with every aspect of my experience. More recently I came in for a colour, and while I am happy with the colour itself, I feel certain aspects of the service could do with some attention. Firstly, the young man who rinsed me asked did I want a head massage as well. I told him "no thanks", and he then did it anyway, and then proceeded to ask me did I like it?! I was then blow-dried by someone else, a very nice person, but she spent all of one minute doing it. I felt as though I couldn't be shunted out the door any faster. On the positive side, your personnel are very polite and friendly, and the refreshments are more than welcome.
