I was happy with the service, but not happy that the pricing was not made clear to be before hand. I expect it to be poined out if something is going to cost more than the written price - luckily I chose asked to have my hair dried(due to my lack of time) and later discoverd that would have cost more again, but it was about to be done automatically.
