As a visitor to Hobart I needed to find a hair salon to have my hair done for a black tie event and I discovered highly rated Sfumato. I booked an appointment online and Joanna called me to clarify my request and she then did a bit of juggling with stylists so that suitably skilled Wayne could do my hair. Joanna then invited me into the salon for a pre-consult which I accepted and I immediately felt welcome. During the pre-consult Wayne I shared my suggestions and he also offered his thoughts. I left feeling comfortable about how my hair would be done. When I arrived for my appointment I was warmly greeted by Wayne and he then recapped what we agreed upon during the pre-consult and he then did m hair as I agreed. I was very happy with how it looked. When my hair was done Wayne offered to call me a taxi and did so. On both occasions when I visited Sfumato all staff were warm and friendly and they offered my an expresso coffee. Overall it was a very pleasant experience for a visitor to Hobart:
