At my first visit i was very disappointed. First, i had to wait 15 mins outside in the cold while the staff had a meeting inside which i found very annoying espoecially when i arrived at the time of my booked appointment. When we were finally allowed in i was happy with the service apart from the fact that my hair was not styled after it was cut and i walked out with fuzzy blow dryed hair. The cost of hair cut was extremely expensive ($350 for just a simple cut and foils) and i do not think the service and the end result of my hair cut matched what i paid. I will not go back to that hair salon again.

A fantastic place! Great for really strong fashion forward cuts or really strong retro looks. They can do everything really, and they do it well. The staff are friendly, creative, and you can rely on them to be honest about what would be best for your face and your lifestyle. Not noisy inside, nice and open, and.. massage chairs and head massages, yay!

I really like the salon however I find it quite alot more expensive compared to other salons and for that reason my visits won't be as frequent as I'd like. However the cuts and colour were great I just find it a little on the exy side compared to other popular salons like yours.

Sfumato is a great salon. As a customer of over 14 years, I found the staff to be fun and friendly (especially Bec) and the loaction really convenient. I've never had issues about getting an appointment and pretty much always ran on time. My only grief was the increasing cost that has ultimately severed my custom. I just couldn't justify it at the moment. I realise you need to pay for quality, but even the cheapest service is almost 3 times the cost of the $20 snip I get at the moment at a lower quality salon. so I've had to sacrifice quality for cost, it's just a sign of the times!
