As a visitor to Hobart, I cannot speak highly enough of the services I received from Matt at Sfumato. Matt took the time to discuss my style prior to commencing cutting. I immediately felt comfortable that he understood my hair and knew exactly what I wanted and how to achieve the result I required. On leaving the salon, I walked down the road and was stopped by a lady who complented me on my hairstyle and asked where I had had it cut. She was going to organize an appointment straight away! Thank you Matt for a great shape and cut! I'll look forward to seeing you again on future visits to Hobart and would not hesitate in recommending Sfumato to anyone visiting Hobart.

I have been going to Sfumato for years with no complaints. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I see the same hair dresser each time who now knows me well and gives great suggestions as to new styles. Have always had many compliments on my cut and colours. Would definitely recommend this salon.

I found it was a bit disappointing to go in for a root tint.. Then be advised by the female hair expert that it bottom parts dry should apply colour gloss.. Later be told that a $120/130 (with blow dry) has become close to $200.. Because )$99 root tint gets changed by staff to long hair tint.. Price should be discussed upon expert consultation.. I put it down to the short haired female staff not doing her job right.. Not friendly at all... The rest of the staff are just great :)) will keep going back.
