It was my first visit to Sfumato Hair and I was very impressed that my expectations were met and exceeded. The lady at the front desk was very kind as I arrived for my appointment early, promptly fetched me my preferred hot beverage and offered for me to 'have a walk around' if I had already caught up on the affairs of the magazines filed in front of me. My most surprising moment was discovering that the chairs used at the wash basin were electronic, which saved any awkward neck positioning, and once in position the chairs had the option for a massage. I have yet to experience such a relaxing 10 minutes while my hair was washed and I received my head massage. Overall I would highly recommend Sfumato Hair to my family and friends and will be returning next time to continue the transformation from brunette to blonde again.
