Flawless!! I have had a very complex spine problem that has meant I was bedridden for the last 8 months. Needless to say, my hair was in utter SOS state. Knotted, full of product residue to try and keep it from breaking off and just in need of serious care. I had been so sad and felt awful but things were starting to improve and I was beginning to slowly walk again. I managed to find my way to Sfumato and was greeted by staff who were so sympathetic to my problem and just told me that it was all going to be ok. I then met Rick who soon enough had me laughing and forgetting about my drama, while going through what he can do to hide the patchy bits and put some colour and style back to my poor hair. Everything he did was perfect. By the time I walked out, I truly felt like a million dollars and was back to myself - just in urgent need to go to a party as I felt so great. It formed a huge part in moving past my injury and starting to feel human again. Never underestimate how a great haircut and treatment can make you feel, especially if you haven’t felt yourself in a while.
