After asking Jacob for an appointment the last time he cut my sons hair (which from memory I think was in late November early December)of course he was booked out, he told me that he would put me in if he had a cancellation. I didn't expect that this would happen. I got a phone call on Wednesday to see if I could come in yesterday. I was bored with my dark locks. Today I am over the moon with my new color. Jacob is always amazing, Jo is also fantastic and the bright face that greets you upon arrival. I will suggest and always be back because of Jacob, he is not only a wonderful human but also has magic hands and a master of his profession. Have a fantastic Christmas and Safe New Year.

I was quoted only a few weeks ago an amount for the treatment I had and when I checked when I got there it was said that the prices had changed since the quote but they would honour the quote. It was mentioned a few times to me that next time it would be more expensive. I was there from 1.30pm to 4.10 my stylist was running late which I understand at this time of year, but I had said at 1.30 that I had to be at another appt by 4.15 would I make it I was told no problem, alas I had to call them at 4..15 and cancel. My stylist , I felt rushed my cut, and I had to continually say no I don't like the fringe and showed a picture we finally got close but I couldn't understand why it had to be so hard, I'm still not happy with the fringe other hairdressers have been able to manage to cut a pieced fringe. I don't think I will return which is a shame. I also think the colour was rushed. When you pay a premium price I expect to get a great colour and cut...disappointing

Always the professionals, guiding me in my colour choice. Taking into account my profession and how long the colour I wanted would last they professionally and gently told me no! I love, love, love Bree and the team. 8 or so years on I feel a part of the ‘family’. It’s my ‘me’ time and I look forward to it greatly. Thanks Bree, you are one in a million.

I've been coming here for years. These guys are consummate professionals. I think This time they outdid themselves, I love my hair!
